Tanya Hoffman
Physiotherapist
Tanya’s treatment theory:
The goal of treatment is to get clients back to a pain free functional level that results in them no longer requiring our services for a particular injury. Sadly, for some chronic conditions clients may require regular or semi-regular treatment to prevent or treat symptom aggravation.
- Enjoys treating:She has a special interest in TMJ dysfunction, headaches and concussion. She also enjoys working with sports injuries and complex motor vehicle clients.
- Would tell future clients: Be nice to yourself. Listen to your body in all home, work and recreational activities. Modify the activity if it doesn’t feel right. Seek treatment if you’ve gone too far and symptoms persist longer than a few days.
- Favourite saying: “Have a delightful day!”

"I switched to PT Kinetics, after 4 weeks of not getting any improvement from my former PT. I'm so glad I did! Tanya is a great physical therapist. She did a great manual manipulation on my injured wrist/hand on top of other treatments. After about 4 visits with her, I was back playing tennis again. Highly recommended, specially Tanya."
"Tanya has helped me so very much with her expertise.
She is also a caring warm person, who I find a pleasure to spend time with."
"Tanya was fantastic ! she diagnosed and treated a lingering ankle issue so quickly.. also very good at educating me why I had been experiencing pain and explained how to regain strength in the area of concern, after and during treatment. I highly recommend.
Extremely grateful 😁"
"I have been this clinic for many years. Tanya is miracle worker for treatment. I get hip pain after sitting for too long and after her treatment I feel back to normal. She also worked on my hand too. I was unable to lift up my hands due to pain but after one treatment I felt better. Tanya presses very hard on these muscle provided very good stretch exercises.
Thank for your big help Tanya and your magical work. Scott Purdy is good too. My family and I always support this business."
"This is such a friendly environment and everyone takes an opportunity to know you. Both my partner and I go here for our back and body pain and we see Tanya weekly. We appreciate everything this clinic and Tanya has done for us. Never had I had an experience at a physio clinic like I have had at this one. Thanks everyone!"
